The Challenge
The experience had to work at national scale while feeling relevant locally, serve homeowners and contractors with different goals, and carry enough educational content for SEO and trust without burying the primary actions.
The Approach
Prioritized state selection and the two core funnels, surfaced guides as authority content with clear IA, and kept disclaimers (independent contractors, verify license/insurance) and legal links easy to find in the footer.
The Outcome
